Royal Platinum is a mixed residential and commercial development in central Phnom Penh. AIP was approached by Hong Lai Huat Group to help them with their marketing collaterals.

We worked with architect Swan and Maclaren to bring their design to life with high end still images and physical architectural models. We also worked on their marketing video that weaved together CGI and live action footage to tell a compelling story. We even modelled and rendered an aerial view of the entire city for the initial segment of the flythrough.
